Beskrivning (engelska):

A modern hotel in central Gothenburg, the Spar Hotel Majorna is located 500 meters from the ferry terminal to Germany. Götaplatsen and the central station are within four kilometers. The 150 guestrooms are decorated in light colors with wood floors and are furnished with pastel colored furniture and patterned fabrics. Bathrooms are tiled. All rooms are equipped with cable television offering pay movies, direct dial telephones and separate sitting areas with desks. Guests can catch up with e mail using the high speed Internet access in the lobby. Each morning a buffet breakfast is offered and snacks and drinks are served in the bar. In fine weather the roof terrace is open. Guests can park in the onsite parking garage and the front desk is open 24 hours. For visitors arriving by plane, Gothenburg Airport is 30 kilometers away and is connected to the city center by bus services and taxis.

The hotel will be undergoing renovations throughout 2008. Work will be carried out during the week so there will be no noise disturbance for guests after 6 PM and before 9 AM, or at weekends. Please contact the hotel directly for further information.

Driving directions from Göteborg/Landvetter airport: Follow signs to Centrum on the 45 highway, turn off at exit Mariaplan/Chapmans Torg and take Karl Johansgatan towards Chapmans Torg and Centrum. The hotel is 400 meters along on the right.
