Beskrivning (engelska):

The Scandic Växjö is a modern hotel set in the forest of Småland at the gateway to the crystal kingdom, three kilometers from central Växjö. This three story hotel features 123 guestrooms, all of which are double glazed and decorated in a Nordic style using a palate of soft natural hues and contemporary eco friendly furnishings. In room amenities include television, telephones, Internet connections, trouser presses and radios. Bathrooms have tubs or showers.
Guests can unwind in the modern relaxation area, which has a small indoor heated pool, traditional sauna and solarium. Around the pool, there are lounge chairs and a TV, and the area leads on to the garden where guests can relax in fine weather. In the restaurant, which is decorated in a Scandinavian style, diners can enjoy traditional Swedish dishes while admiring the collection of beautiful Småland crystal on display. Children will be kept entertained in Sigge's Cave, with videogames, TV, video corner, games, toys and a cosy cushion corner. At check in, kids receive a surprise gift and during the summer, Sigge the Hedgehog hosts pancake parties at breakfast. Three conference rooms and a business center are at the disposal of corporate visitors. Complimentary parking is available, and there are carports with engine heaters available in the winter months. The hotel is situated opposite one of the largest shopping malls in Växjö, and three kilometers from the town center. Växjö Kronoberg Airport is six kilometers away.
